If Meandering Mutts reasonably believes my pet requires veterinary attention, I authorize Meandering Mutts to contact me, my emergency contact, my veterinarian, or an appropriate veterinary facility; transport my pet; seek veterinary advice; and authorize reasonable emergency examination or treatment when delay could jeopardize my pet and I cannot be reached.

Cancellation Policy

By 6:00 PM Saturday for the following week → no cancellation or schedule-change fee.
After 6:00 PM Saturday, but more than 24 hours before the scheduled service → one $10 schedule-change fee per change request may apply.
Less than 24 hours before the scheduled service → the full scheduled service fee applies to each affected service.
Recurring reservations remain scheduled until you request a change or cancellation; you do not need to reconfirm standing reservations each week.
Pet unavailable or access cannot be obtained because of circumstances within the Client’s control → the full scheduled service fee may apply.
Emergency or exceptional circumstances → fees may be waived at Meandering Mutts’ discretion.
Holidays and other high-demand periods may have separate booking, deposit, scheduling, or cancellation requirements disclosed at the time of reservation.
